Rethinking the Industry Event Format

In April 2025, 3D Estate took part in the Real Estate Academy – a forward-thinking event focused on education, dialogue, and practical tools for today’s property market. The conference offered a refreshing alternative to traditional real estate fairs, with a strong focus on knowledge-sharing and real conversations between industry professionals and homebuyers.

The event’s structure was built around four thematic blocks, each lasting over two hours and featuring concise, high-value talks from ten experts. Covering the full customer journey – from early-stage property search to final fit-out – the sessions delivered practical insights in an engaging and time-efficient format.

This approach – dynamic, focused, and diverse – allowed attendees to leave with much more than marketing brochures: they gained relevant, actionable knowledge.

A Thoughtfully Designed Space for Dialogue

The physical setup of the event also broke away from trade show clichés. Exhibitor booths followed a clean, unified visual style, removing the clutter and over-stimulation often seen at industry expos.

As a result, the atmosphere was noticeably calmer and more focused. Conversations with visitors felt more meaningful, and the event served as a true platform for discussion rather than just sales.

Standardized, yet elegant booths.

Bridging Offline and Online: 3D Estate’s Interactive Booth

Together with our partner Billennium, we showcased a live demo of an interactive real estate kiosk powered by our Smart Models (also referred to as 3D Twins). The kiosk, located in an open-access area, allowed visitors to explore projects in real time and even speak directly with an online consultant.

This setup gave us a chance to demonstrate how digital tools can enhance the buyer experience – merging offline presence with online support, improving transparency, and building trust. We were pleased to test this solution in collaboration with representatives from Ronson Development and Realco – thank you for your openness to innovation.

3D Estate Booth – Technology in Action

Together with our partner Billennium, we presented a live demo of an interactive real estate kiosk powered by our 3D Twins. Located in an open-access area, the kiosk allowed visitors to explore residential projects in real time and connect directly with a live online consultant — not AI, but a real salesperson from one of the featured developers, Ronson Development or Realco.

This experimental setup let us demonstrate how digital tools can enhance the buyer experience by combining a physical presence with real-time human support. It improved transparency, encouraged engagement, and helped build trust. We’re grateful to Ronson Development and Realco for their openness to innovation and for joining us in testing this forward-thinking solution.

Expert Panel: Technology and the Modern Homebuyer

3D Estate also joined the stage in a panel discussion titled “Primary vs Secondary Market”, where our representative Krzysztof Kuniewicz spoke alongside Dorota Dymyt-Holko.

The conversation explored the complexities of the homebuying process, the risks buyers face on both the new and resale markets, and the growing importance of access to reliable information. In today’s digital landscape, real estate is one of the most data-rich sectors – yet that doesn’t always translate into clarity for consumers.

That’s why we emphasized tools like interactive 3D Models and analytics platforms – resources that help buyers make better, more informed decisions while supporting transparency across the industry.

A Space for Dialogue That Drives Deals

What truly set the Real Estate Academy apart was its atmosphere. This wasn’t a typical sales-driven event – it was a place for meaningful conversations, shared understanding, and real connection.

Participants not only learned about their rights as homebuyers (which, in many markets, have become significantly broader thanks to updated legislation), but also gained a deeper understanding of how the housing market operates.

For us, it was a real pleasure to be part of such an initiative. Our sincere thanks go to the organizers for the invitation – and congratulations on a format that, in our view, has the potential to set a new standard for professional real estate events.
