3D Estate on MIPIM 2025

Once again, Cannes became the global meeting point for those shaping the cities of tomorrow. MIPIM – Europe’s largest real estate fair – brought together leaders from across the world: from local governments and investment funds to pioneers of technologies redefining the built environment.

Amid this international mosaic, 3D Estate made a strong impression as an innovator in the field of interactive 3D Twins – tools that help us move beyond static space and towards truly user-centered real estate experiences.

Over the course of the event, we engaged in dozens of inspiring conversations and met people who, like us, believe that the future of real estate lies in transparency, accessibility, and intelligent digital tools.

At the Silesian Voivodeship stand, in partnership with Business InSilesia, we presented an interactive property map of the region and showcased our flagship 3D Twins – designed both for the primary market and the Private Rented Sector (PRS). We were proud to be part of this joint effort to promote Poland and the Silesian region on the international stage.

Polish cities were also visibly active throughout the event. A highlight was the Best Urban Regeneration Project award, presented to Archicom Grupa Echo Investment for the Fuzja development in Łódź. Congratulations – the top MIPIM 2025 award came home to Poland.
